- The property is a Grade II* Listed, detached Victorian building arranged over lower ground, ground and four upper floors.
- It was originally built in 1868-1870 for Earl George Howard and designed by architect Philip Webb. In 1957 The Crown Estate took over the mansion and converted into a collection of large apartments.
- The purchaser, Redd, plans to restore these apartments and provide access to terraces and gardens. They are targeting a completed value for the asset of more than £100m.
