We have provided leasing and Landlord & Tenant advice to Coller Capital for some 20 years. Highlights of the work undertaken in these years are best illustrated in the lease renewal negotiations on the 9th & 10th floors of 33 Cavendish Square when in April 2007 the Landlord required the rent on 20,000 sq ft to be increased to £80.00 psf. Following negotiations lasting 15 months including a late award by the Arbitrator at a rent of £57.00 psf we successfully agreed terms equating to £35.00 psf together with 7 months’ rent free on a new protected lease of 5 years with a break option after 3 years.
We subsequently relocated Coller Capital in 2015 to a single floor of 27,000 sq ft in Park House, an iconic new development in Park Street, Mayfair.
