Mark is a Senior Director of Cyril Leonard within the Capital Markets Team. He joined the firm in 2007 and holds an Honours Degree in Law from Leicester University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University.

Mark has extensive experience of commercial and residential real estate matters and advises Clients on property investment and development with a focus on Central London. His long-standing Clients include private equity houses, institutional investors, property companies and high net worth individuals. Notable transactions include the acquisition of Waterstones on Piccadilly, W1, the acquisition and sale of 14-15 Stratford Place, W1, the acquisition and sale of 32 Sackville Street, W1, the purchase of 197-205 City Road, EC1 and the purchase of the leasehold interest in 47-48 Berners Street, W1. Other major transactions include the disposal of the Cowcross Estate, the Combined Estates Company sale and the acquisition of 40-41 Great Marlborough Street, W1. Mark is a well-regarded investment advisor, known for sourcing off-market opportunities and delivering exceptional performance for his Clients.
