Peter joined Cyril Leonard 27 years ago and is a Director responsible for Office Leasing and Advisory Services offering his considerable expertise and market knowledge of the West End, Mid-Town and within the M25. The very personal service Peter offers has resulted in a wide range of clients including Institutions, Corporate, Financial as well as Lawyers, SME’s and newly formed firms.

Amongst recent leasing deals have included Coller Capital on their relocation to Park House, Mayfair, (27,000 sq ft), Northleaf Capital who recently took an assignment of a lease at 48 Dover Street, Mayfair (9,000 sq ft) and Fusion People who relocated from Fitzrovia to 121 Cannon Street (8,000 sq ft). He has also been involved in several recent freehold transactions that have included 18 Park Street Mayfair, 15 Stratford Place and 5 Windmill Street, Fitzrovia and where the firm’s involvement extended to providing advice on necessary refurbishment and upgrading works.

His leasing activity within the M25 has included advising Abbott Laboratories and Abbvie in Maidenhead, Activision in Slough and Thomas International in Marlow and other corporate activity has included Alstom, M&C Saatchi and the Government of South Australia.

His in-depth market knowledge of the leasing market has in recent years leant towards a lease advisory role actively involved in providing evidence on rent reviews or renewals matters that have included Streathers Solicitors, Palamon Capital, Firefly Capital & Threadneedle.
