Rick is a Director of Cyril Leonard within the Capital Markets Team with over 18 years’ experience. He joined the firm in 2024, having previously worked at Rapleys, where we was a partner for over 10 years, and Montagu Evans. Rick is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveys (MRICS) and holds a Masters Degree in Estate Management from London South Bank University.

Rick specialises in the out-of-town retail, foodstore and automotive & roadside sectors with a proven track record of advising a broad range of clients on investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management initiatives throughout the UK.

His in-depth knowledge and understanding of both investors and occupier requirements ensure he is well placed to provide ongoing advice to his clients on how to maximise asset performance and drive value.

Rick is a well-regarded investment advisor, known for sourcing off-market opportunities and delivering performance for his clients, including, institutional investors, private equity houses, property companies and a range of high-net-worth individuals.
