Bio

Simon is a Consultant to the firm having previously been a Partner at Cyril Leonard since 1983 and retiring as a Director in 2020. He has extensive experience with a wide range of clients across the property spectrum in the fields of building surveying and project management across office, industrial, logistics, leisure and residential sectors. Simon now concentrates his activities in the fields of technical consultancy, development & project monitoring and consultancy, pre-leasing and acquisition surveys, technical due diligence and defect reports. He also undertakes project audits and problem solving instructions for clients on development projects. He acts as an expert witness and provides expert reports. He has held several executive and non-executive directorships in public companies and continues to hold the same in private companies. Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a BSc in Building Technology.
