Simon is an Senior Director working within Project and Building Consultancy Team. He also leads Cyril Leonard’s business operations as Managing Director of the firm. Since joining in 2006, Simon has worked on an extensive range of prestigious project management and building surveying instructions across a diverse range of sectors, including class leading office projects and unique ultra-prime residences.

He has well established and long term Client relationships with some of the top names in the industry, undertaking work for institutional funds, commercial developers, property companies, corporate Clients and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Simon has also served for 5 years on the executive board of a private commercial property company, helping to develop his ability and passion for delivery of commercially astute and Client-focused advice. He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MSc in Building Surveying.
