CYRIL LEONARD RECRUITS NEW ASSET MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR
Matt Fairleigh joins from JLL’s Crown Estate management
Cyril Leonard has appointed a new director of property and asset management in response to a growing roster of mandates from landlord clients.
Matt Fairleigh joins from managing The Crown Estate’s Central London portfolio, where he was responsible for the Regent Street portfolio, covering all aspects of property management including acquisitions, tenant relationships, service charges, and lettings as well as providing strategic advice for the enhancement of property assets and returns.

Matt has previously held positions at JLL, CBRE and Farebrother and is a Member of the RICS and an APC assessor.
